UPLIFT Phases

Below is a more detailed look at each of UPLIFT's three phases.

Within the Central and Eastern regions, Phase 2 will occur twice.

Phase 1

Within Phase 1 we focus on understanding where UPLIFT can provide the most value for communities. Phase 1 lasts roughly six months.

Phase 2

Phase 2 focuses on technical assistance and professional development and will last 12-15 months. Two cycles of Phase 2 will be conducted, one starting in 2023 and the second in 2024.

Phase 3

Phase 3 wraps up the program, culminating with fam tours and finalizing impact evaluations.
